CHARACTER STORY

[Monk puppy]

[When I sit on a bench in Yeontral Park [HONGDAE , SEOUL] to rest my brain and watch people and dogs taking a walk, people are like dogs, and dogs sometimes seem to have human emotions and certain souls.

By mixing images of a gentle, gentle ‘goldenretriever’ and a monk,

I created a character with a quiet and groovy feel, like a 'Jedi hiding the Force'.

Even if you try to concentrate on yourself, the angry news pouring out around you,

And in a system of fierce competition where I have no choice but to compare myself to others,

An anthropomorphism [personification] was applied to this character, the figure of us trying to maintain our composure.

This blunt, expressionless 'monk puppy', who seems to have to practice mindfulness and lifelong training,

One day !

I hope that the day will come when the monk puppy will smile brightly.]

In order to calm my nerves, I have been listening to monk music and European Catholic music frequently since 3 years ago.

There are many times when I feel like what I do really feels like a monk's training.

I naturally recreated these characters.

Simply “cute.” It's nice to have something like this, but it adds some kind of profound feeling.
