The print inspired by Neon lights of Hong Kong. The fabric is specially made by laminating technique—soft weaving fabric combining with biodegradable thermoplastic, functional and comfortable wearing. The cape is waterproof for free walking in the light to moderate rain days, featuring a bright and bold look with a flared hem.
