A melange of materials have been brought together to create this elegant dress. The playful coiled and fringe trimmed bust is joined to the skirt with antique pink silk ribbon in an X formation. Two silk scarves depicting vibrant roses and British scenes are joined creating a flattering V cut out at the waist create of the dress.
