Designer says:I had this fabric from a few collections ago, but they lost the whole roll of fabric in production in Ukraine, so I ended up using something else. But then, it's fun to find something you forgot you had and get inspired again. This fabric is a high-quality Japanese jersey with a complicated mix of fiber, but I trust Japanese. The ruffles go around your body and I wanted the top to be somewhere between crazy and conservative.
