Tshepiso is the namesake of the South African founder and metalsmith, their working process often consists of building up and stripping down work to reach a delicate balance of weight and shape. Each hand crafted piece of jewellery is an embrace of the abstract and bold.

Care

All of our jewellery is made from 925/sterling silver unless stated otherwise. Sterling silver does naturally tarnish, to slow this process down we recommend removing your jewellery before doing any household chores, hard labour, sports, and taking a bath or shower. We would strongly recommend putting on jewellery after applying make up, perfume etc to avoid any chemicals tarnishing the jewellery.

To polish we recommend using a microfibre cloth or soft bristle tooth brush, add some dish soap to warm water and clean. alternatively you could use a metal polish and follow the instructions given.

Made to order, allow up to 21 days for production.

Refunds

Due to the handmade nature of the jewellery Tshepiso does not accept refunds, However if the jewellery does not fit, it is eligible for an exchange within 14 days of purchase.

Exchange/Returns

For an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, in its original packaging and with a proof of purchase within 14 days (excluding shipping times)

To start an exchange, you can contact us at info@tshepiso.studio. if your exchange is accepted, we will cover the cost of South African shipping, however international shipping requires you to pay for your own shipping. Jewellery sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted. Due to hygiene reasons, earrings are not eligible for exchange. You can always contact us for any exchange questions at info@tshepiso.studio.
