Smocked White Tube Top is made from a pleated fabric. The way the piece is constructed is by a plain tube top base with all smocked pieces stitched on it by hand. On every smocked flower there is a Swarovksi crystal attached. To close the smocked white tube top, you use the zipper placed center back. With the zipper you can open up the entire piece.
