We specialize in structure, cutting and pattern. Through flawless lines built by experienced skills. We have everything you’re looking for exclusively here in INF.
The theme of this season is "Existence". By discussing life and different philosophies of life, it express the outline of the existence of Taiwan's collective consciousness. By exploring different life circles in Taiwan, the collection reflects Taiwan-style aesthetics and philosophy.
"Paper books are existence", the Roman poet Cicero once said, "A house without books is like a body without a soul." Books imbue  life and soul to our existence. Paper books are unchangeable since their publication. The shuttle of history and the taste of life can be found between the lines. Through a novel, magazine or even a reference book, the characters and the author all indicate the most direct proof to their own existence.
This season, we cooperated with local illustrator Chou Yi in Taiwan, using "picture book" that have never been done in the fashion industry as the leading concept exposure material, and depicted  the life stories of Taiwan as the content of picture book. "22AW Existence" uses books and it's extension as the inspiration for clothing design, extracting the concept of textures and folding of book pages, bookmarks, post-it notes and paper, transforming the content of the picture book into fashion prints, presenting them on clothing, showing a fashion feast combining books, culture and fashion.
INF also continues to pay attention to environmental issues. In the runway, you can see show pieces made of DuPont paper. DuPont paper is a tear-resistant, waterproof, stain-resistant, tough and durable environmentally friendly material that will not produce waste after incineration. Zero pollution, we hope to respond to environmental protection and advocate sustainable fashion through clothing made of DuPont paper.
The pattern uses our classic western blazer as the silhouette base, adds the structural concept of the traditional kimono, and uses different materials to add corset-liked details; add a second layer on the right of the classic blazer, and connect the front placket with the kimono pattern, extending the overlapping layers of the left collar and the right placket on top like a kimono. The right body piece can be tied to the left side by using the buckles. This slight detail perfectly presents the combination of western and eastern culture. The outer layers are cut with the silhouette of skirt, on both sides of the cut, two lines of hooks are arranged. In addition to the color arrangement of silver that can be obvious on the black blazer, the attached artificial leather rope can be freely inserted into them to create your preferent look, showing the softness of men or the strength of women, shaping the brand's philosophy “Doctrine of the Mean”, and the wearing method is quite free and changeable. The unbuttoned outer kimono-like flap allows it to drape freely to create a casual and loose style, and the buckle can also be tightened with the corset to create a tight-fitting feminine shape. On the artificial leather rope, in addition to freely changing the rope or ribbon, you can also create your own personality through the tying method. The deconstructed corset blazer is a classic style that combines men and women, Chinese and Western. As a faithful fan of INF, you absolutely need to collect it.
