Sizing: please choose among the options the size that best suits your wrist. All you need to do is measure your wrist size (using a thread) and choose the size that is suitable:

M: 17-19cm
L:19-21cm
If smaller or bigger, please choose the option "custom order" and enter the exact size of your wrist.
