MELON DRESS 

This unique colour printed dress features a braided centrepiece incorporating a necklace within the garment. It is an individual artpiece in itself. The inspiration, taken from the jewellery in the tribes of Ethiopia, is evident. It stands for protection and beauty.

The Melon Dress was inspired by the paintings of Cy Twombly and the Women of Harare in Ethiopia. The Prints of this dress and the braided technique are a combination of Ethiopian tradition and modern technique.
